What is Flex Training?

A comprehensive hockey off ice development program offered to players of all ages and abilities during the in- season and off-season.

Skills: Mites, U8, Squirts, U10, Peewee, U12, Bantam, and U14 age levels

Focus of Flex Training

Develop confidence to control the puck & make plays.
Improve skating quickness, stride and form.
Develop a harder shot, quicker release and accuracy.
60-minute sessions focused on the Speed Ramp, Shooting, Stick Handling, Vision, Multitasking, and more.
