What is Flex Training?

A comprehensive hockey off ice development program offered to players of all ages and abilities during the in- season and off-season.

  • Skills: Mites, U8, Squirts, U10, Peewee, U12, Bantam, and U14 age levels

FLEX Training: Skills
Focus of Flex Training
  • Develop confidence to control the puck & make plays.
  • Improve skating quickness, stride and form.
  • Develop a harder shot, quicker release and accuracy.
  • 60-minute sessions focused on the Speed Ramp, Shooting, Stick Handling, Vision, Multitasking, and more.

  • Small Group Training with the Assurance that your individual skills are developing.
  • Enhances, restores and reinforces your confidence.
  • Vehicle for the hockey players to do something extra during the in season and off season.

Must Reserve Spot on Specific Dates and Times ahead of time.

1. Call 952-469-2218 or email pete@xhptf.com to reserve your spot on a specific date(s) and time(s) at least 1 week in advance for staffing purposes.

2. Pay: Either paid by phone or pay at 1st session

NOTE: If you call to schedule less than one week in advance, if other players are signed up for the specific date you want, we will book the session.

Focus of Flex Training

•    60-minute sessions focused on developing, increasing, and maintaining strength and stamina levels in a safe, structured, and positive environment.
•    Learn how to strength train efficiently, effectively, and safely.
•    Small group training that allows for active and hands-on coaching with attention to detail.
•    Exercises specific to the on-ice demands of a hockey player.
