Adult Performance Class
Do you want to "train like the pros do" but don't know if you are ready for the intensity at which they train? Are you just getting back into working out and want a structured workout program. Our new Performance class is the step in the right direction for you.
Our strength and conditioning coaches have developed a program that allows you to achieve your fitness goals at a pace relative to your current fitness level. Each participant will receive a workout sheet where the coaches will give progressions week to week. This allows for more consistent results and results you can see as you go.
Who: Individuals who are "just getting back into working out," but are looking for a structured approach at a pace relative to your fitness level
Time: 1-hour sessions, 2 days per week
Cost: $20 per session; 1-month Option ($160) or 3-month Option ($480)

Wild Card Class
Are you looking for that "kick-butt" workout that leaves you out of breath, barely standing, yet smiling? Are you in need of a high calorie burning session so you can indulge at your family's pot-luck this weekend? The Wild Card Class will do just that. Through high-intensity circuit/interval training, your workout is structured to burn a high amount of calories while getting stronger, increasing muscle definition, and cardiovascular endurance. During these high energy workouts, our strength and conditioning coaches will be right alongside with you to coach, instruct and motivate you through the session. Join now to experience a fun, yet challenging workout.
Who: Men or Women of all fitness abilities
Time: 1-hour sessions, 2 days per week
Cost: $10 per session; 1-month Option ($80), 3-month Option ($240), or "Drop-In" Option (single session, must call 1-day prior to class time to reserve spot)
