On-Ice Training: This camp will begin by teaching players the basic fundamentals of shooting. By knowing when, and how, to shoot in different situations players will create more chances for themselves in games. Players will learn where the prime scoring areas are, how to get there, and what to do when they get there. Skating and puck control is a very important piece to this puzzle, which is why each day will start with a skating/puck control warm-up.
Dryland Training: Participants will learn the basic shooting techniques with the overall goal of developing maximum shot power, increased accuracy and release time, and total puck control.
