Advanced Strength Training

2019 Spring- Advanced Strength Training Program

A two week program designed for the advanced athlete. In this camp, players will be put through high intensity workouts catered to give them the next step heading into next season.  We will be building a program for off-season training catered to the individual player. Players in this camp should be already competent lifters and familiar with a fitness setting or have more than one year experience.
