We provide a high-intensity on-ice curriculum, implemented each day by our professional staff. Our on-ice training focuses on speed, intensity, puck movement, small area games, battles, and competitions. In addition, we include individual skill development to better allow our athletes the ability to incorporate their individual skills into the overall development and game situations created during on-ice training.

Each player will be tested both on and off the ice throughout the summer. Once a week we will be utilizing our exclusive xHockeyProducts training equipment. We will put your athlete through various tests that will focus on every aspect of the game. The results will reflect the athletes hard work and efforts throughout the summer. Our coaches aim to push your athlete to continue to improve their scores every week and will prove to them that IT IS ALL ABOUT THE END RESULT!
Our focus is based on the development of hockey-specific strength and conditioning. Off-Ice Training will focus on the proper technique and execution of the exercises and drills necessary to develop the athletes' core muscle groups through the use of resistance training and conditioning. The goal is to develop all eight fitness abilities that will take the athlete to the next level- endurance, strength, power, coordination, speed, agility, balance, and flexibility

The Elite Boys Group is for the athlete with aspirations and plans of playing higher level hockey. With the extensiveness and intensity of this program, the athletes in this group need to be 100% committed and dedicated to their development and improvement over the weeks of training. Our professional training staff have over 30 years of combined experience training and coaching athletes of this caliber.
11 Week Program
June 10 - August 30
(no training week of July 1st - July 5th - Fourth of July week)
2 Days On-Ice Training (1-hour sessions)
