REGISTRATION
If you would like to register a team, please email Ryan Kulenkamp at ryan@totalhockeyminnesota.com. Please include your team division, team name, roster, and contact information.
Online Registration
TEAM REGISTRATION
Register as individual player, please enter in coaches name and team name when going through registration process.
The Registration "Pan-O-Prog Tournament" is not currently available.
INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION
Please contact Ryan Kulenkamp if you have an individual player you want to sign up. The Pan O Prog tournament is mostly team sign ups and it can be tough to find spots for Individual players.
