What is Flex Training
A comprehensive hockey off ice development program offered to players of all ages and abilities during the in- season and off-season.
- Skills: Mites, U8, Squirts, U10, Peewee, U12, Bantam, and U14 age levels

Focus of Flex Training
- Develop confidence to control the puck & make plays.
- Improve skating quickness, stride and form.
- Develop a harder shot, quicker release and accuracy.
- 60-minute sessions focused on the Speed Ramp, Shooting, Stick Handling, Vision, Multitasking, and more.

Registration
Must Reserve Spot on Specific Dates and Times ahead of time.

2. Email pete@xhptf.com to reserve your spot on a specific date(s) and time(s) at least 1 week in advance for staffing purposes.
NOTE: If you call to schedule less than one week in advance, if other players are signed up for the specific date you want, we will book the session.
